“Called to be merciful brothers, joyful and courageous in building a self-reliant Province of Indonesia”, that was the theme of the sixth provincial chapter of the Indonesian province of the Brothers CMM. The chapter took place from March 6 to 12, 2022 in the House Pembinaa Carolus Boromeus Syantikara in Yogyakarta. The chapter was also attended by the Superior General, Brother Lawrence Obiko, and two members of the General Board.
A total of 23 participants came together in the chapter. They spoke about the spirituality of the Congregation, and about how to shape the theme of the chapter in building up the province. The chapter members also contributed ideas on important recommendations of the general chapter for the vision and mission of the Indonesian Province for the period 2022-2027.
Congratulations to the new provincial board, and thanks to the previous provincial board. May the spirit of mercy continue to inspire the brother in the province of Indonesia.

New provincial board of CMM Indonesia
During the provincial chapter, also the new provincial board of CMM in Indonesia was appointed. These appointments are for 6 years and coincide with the term of the general board (2021 – 2027). The appointments took effect on 11 March 2022. The new board:
- Brother Philipus Weridity CMM: provincial superior
- Brother Paskalis Wangga CMM: 1st board member and deputy superior
- Brother Fransiscus Linus CMM: 2nd board member and secretary
- Brother Antonius Sipahutar: 3rd board member
- Brother Agustinus Farneubun CMM: 4th board member
